Hello,

I noticed a message that says "There is an issue with Trusted Platform Module (TPM) data. Press [Y] - Reset whole TPM, Press [N] - Boot with current TPM data. Note: Bitlocker may require the recovery key to boot to Windows" after update was finished.

Now it says that "something happened and your PIN is not available, click to set up your PIN again" when I boot to windows login screen. So I went to login using my password and the computer doesn't recognize my password. I attempted to reset the password and received a message of " No Drive : This feature requires a removable media, such as a USB flash drive. Please connect a USB flash drive, and then try again." Since I received the laptop from my college I called the IT department and was told this was outside of their scope and to contact HP. I need help because all of my documents are on this laptop and I cannot even get past the login screen.
