To help you accurately, could you please confirm where exactly you are seeing this message?
 

  • Is it appearing immediately when you power on the laptop (before Windows loads)?
    → This would indicate a BIOS/Startup PIN or password issue.
  • Or does it appear on the Windows sign-in screen?
    → This would indicate a Microsoft Windows PIN issue.

The troubleshooting steps are very different for BIOS security versus a Windows login PIN, so once you confirm this, I’ll be able to guide you with the correct and safest next steps.
