Hi. I have a problem my hp laptop it was wanting to update for a long time and couldn't because the memory was too full. It just became very slow and not very reliable so I tred to rest to factory settings and since I did that it's been unsuccessful in fully turning on to the desktop. It seems to be in a restart loop and  doesn't want to come on completely. I don't know what's happened or what I've done to it but I'm unable to use my computer.
