Product: HP EliteBook Ultra 14 inch G1q Notebook AI PC (9S9Y7AV)

have an AI laptop and it keeps failing when installing the latest Wondows update

2024 - Cumulative Update 09 for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for arm64-based systems (KB5043080)

I was able to get it to download directly from Microsoft update catalog page, but it keeps failing when trying to install. 

cleared temp files, It has enough space to download and install update, PC is up to date other then this update. 

tried to run update troubleshooter but it takes me to Microsoft store to install get help to chat with someone instead of running the troubleshooter. 

any ideas on how to get this Windows update to install?

Do you know since when ? Why it is NOT on my machine (now up to date)

It is much better to ask Microsoft because HP does NOT own the product.
