When can I expect a response? [Personal Information Removed] is the email but I can only check to verify 1 time a week at most so if verifying is required, it times out. I need my computer for work.
The keyboard does not work except a few digits. it does not work with remote devices. I have been requesting contact since 1/30/2024. It is under warranty and was told by HP to take it to Geek Squad as they are authorized repair staff. They said they are not the repair for HP unless it was purchased through Geek Squad team. Email or send a label so I can send it for repair ASAP.

I wish we could help you on this but we here are unable to assist you in this issue.
We are just a Community Support forum staffed by part-time volunteers not associated with HP.
We have no access to other HP functional areas and can not help you with those.
These areas include:
-- Billing and invoices
-- Repairs, Service Centers and Technician Visits
-- Sales, Exchanges and Refunds
-- Warranty Service and Repairs
Nor are we able to contact customers -- via chat, via email, or via telephone.
