Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I plug in my Novation Launchkey Midi Controller, it will give me a blue screen of Death and the error says KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED. I've followed the fixes like disable fast startup, updating my driver etc. But problem still persist. Any suggestion for the fix?
