Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Unable to log in to HP account to scan documents. I get the error message error code: UA_400_EB000U0100 each time.

Can anyone help?

@ark74tnv, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I see that you are not able to scan.

 

To assist you better, are you referring to the HP smart app?

Are you able to print using the app?

Have you tried reinstalling the app from the Microsoft Store and check if that helps?
