Pavilion 15-n065sr
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello.

I hope I use right category.

I use a notebook Pavilion 15-n065sr, Windows 8.1 since 2014.
Four days ago it showed me BSOD with "kernel data inpage error". Then "Critical service failed", then 0x000000e.
What did I do: first I cleaned disk C (first time): with system built-in methods, then by hands, then with CC-Cleaner. Now I have 14 Gb free space.
But it didn't help. Notebook worked but over time it crushed with "kernel data inpage error".
Then I fixed errors on disk C with system built-in methods (I mean that method that Windows suggested me to use without third party software). When I checked, Windows says that errors didn't found. But it crushed over time.
Then I repeated previous step and fixed defragmentation of disk C.
But - "kernel data inpage error (ccd.dll)".
Today it works but I'm afraid that it can to crash.
What else can I do if it happens?
Should I to reinstall the system?
Or maybe the problem with hardware and I'm doomed?

Thank you!

KERNEL DATA INPAGE ERROR is a common Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) error code which is also known as stop code, which appears when a system suffers from a serious hardware or software problem that it couldn’t handle and as a defensive measure, the system ‘force stops’ the OS, and you see a BSOD (blue screen of death) with error code. This may also occur because of the following problems in a Windows system:

  1. Hard drive errors
  2. Loose or faulty wires and connections
  3. Invalid BIOS settings
  4. Damaged motherboard chipset drivers
  5. Virus or malware infection
  6. System file corruption
  7. Outdated or corrupt device drivers
  8. Paging file corruption

Below are the steps you can follow to fix KERNEL DATA INPAGE ERROR:

  1. Inspect the hardware connections & wires
  2. Inspect hard drive (Run CHKDSK Repair)
  3. Clean Boot
  4. Restore BIOS Default Settings
  5. Remove any Third-party incompatible software
  6. Run Anti-virus or malware scan
  7. Execute SFC Scan
  8. Disable, Re-install or Update device drivers

Further, you can check the below blog for the steps to fix the issue:
