Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hard disk crashed.

Need to recover into new SSD. But couldn’t find the windows 10 and ms office key which came pre-installed in it. Need help.

What is your Pavilion x360 ?

 

1. Windows 10 key: should be in BIOS already, you can use the following tool to find out

        https://www.magicaljellybean.com/keyfinder/

 

2. Office key: did you pay for the product ? Nearly all pre-installed Office is for Trial only.

 

Again what is your machine ?  For example the following machine

       

                    https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06452743

 

which clearly says  1 month trial for new Microsoft Office 365 customers
