HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop 15.6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the gaming laptop that has the green backlighting, and it was working just fine, and when I restarted my computer for some updates, I got a message for a bios update, and now the lighting isn't on nor can I turn it on with the fn + f5 hotkey.

I haven't changed anything and wanted to know if there is a known fix for this.

In the BIOS settimgs, search for Backlight options. See if they are turned off or unchecked as they often lead to backlights not working.
