Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a spectre x360, when I try to use my keyboard, it behaves as if filter keys are turned on, but they are not. Repeated inputs on the same key do not work. Letters, space bar, backspace, everything. If you continuously tap the same key, maybe half of the inputs will go through. Holding down a key does not work either. I have checked to ensure filter keys are off, updated my system, restarted, etc. My keyboard was working fine all day, and then out of nowhere, this happened. Everything functions properly from an external or bluetooth keyboard, just not the actual one. Thanks for the help, this is a very frustrating issue and I can't figure it out.

Welcome to HP Support Community

I would like to help

I suggest you run a Keyboard test to confirm the Hardware Functionality

- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Notebook.

- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.

- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.

- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Keyboard

Thank you
