Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have HP Ryzen 5(window 10) and I am facing two issues please help me out, most of the time keyboard do not works while starting the pc and I am unable to fill password to log in and if somehow, I am able to fill the password, then the keyboard not works after starting the pc, because of this I again and again restart PC then after some time it works. This thing only occurs while starting the PC. 

Another thing is the WIFI automatically disconnects after some time and then it does not easily reconnect.
