Hey there! @Mauriced

1. Have you tried checking with an external keyboard does the issue persist?

2. Was there any liquid split on the Notebook Keyboard?

3. Is there any Dust settled on the Notebook Keyboard?

4. Are there any Keys which are fallen off / Any Keys which are loose?

It certainly sounds like a hardware issue with the PC as the keys are not functioning even after performing a complete system reset.
