Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So the laptop was working great until we got an automatic BIOS update, and by automatic I mean there was nobody near the computer and then we heard the fan spin way up to obnoxious levels and stay there at full speed. When we looked at it, it had already begun the BIOS update.

 

So now the keyboard is not very responsive and by that I mean I'm typing this all out on my phone because trying to use the keyboard is a nightmare. I can type a full sentence with it and maybe half of what I type actually shows up.

 

It's not just certain keys either. It's all of them. You can hit any key and maybe the computer acknowledges it, maybe not! Very Frustrating!!
