HP Recommended

Hi recently whenever I open my laptop it's giving me keyboard layout options then after that it gives me trouble shoot option or to turn off my PC. I don't know much about laptop so I have no idea how to get past this point and I've also watched some YouTube videos but none have been of help so hopefully someone here could help me. Thank you
