Hello community,
Yesterday some water fell next to my laptop which was closed and in sleep mode so I simply shook it to get the slashes under out the laptop but when I opened the laptop It went to A recovery screen and my keyboard no longer works won’t even light up.The computer is back to normal but the keyboard still doesn’t work or even light up I have tried reinstalling the drivers and even resetting the laptop but it still doesn’t work.Can y’all help me

I reviewed your post and I understand that the keyboard is not working after a water spillage.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
It looks like the water spill might have damaged the keyboard. I recommend you contact support and check the available service option for your computer.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
