Hi @Karan2115,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If the keyboard on your HP Notebook 15s is not working, there are several steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Check for physical damage: Check the keyboard for any physical damage, such as broken keys or spilled liquids. If you find any damage, you may need to replace the keyboard.
  • Restart your computer: Sometimes a simple restart can fix the issue. Save your work and restart your computer to see if the keyboard starts working again.
  • Check keyboard settings: Make sure the keyboard is not disabled in the computer's settings. Go to "Device Manager" and look for the "Keyboard" section. If the keyboard is disabled, right-click on it and select "Enable."
  • Update keyboard drivers: Outdated or corrupt keyboard drivers can cause problems with your keyboard. Go to the HP support website and download the latest keyboard drivers for your computer. Install the drivers and restart your computer.
  • Use an external keyboard: If the above steps do not work, you can use an external keyboard to check if the issue is with the computer's hardware or software. If the external keyboard works, the issue is likely with your laptop's keyboard and you may need to replace it.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
