Hi, My name is Mike, and I would like to help you to solve your keyboard issue even my knowledge of computer technology level on quecto. First, let me get this right that there are few keys are not working properly on your laptop keyboard is that right? Second, was any liquid spilled on prior symptoms started? Have you try to use air can for blow it out? Some time it could it been some debris inside of the keyboard preventing current key functioning properly. Third, you may want to try to use system diagnostic under during bootup sequence to see if any hardware problem causing it. It might detect it is the keyboard failure, and not the key. Please try these option first, and let me know. Thank you
