After oill spill the keyboard is damage i want to buy a new keyboard i tried going hp surfer but i am not able to see buy option there, keyboard part no is 855022-002.

If the PC is not responding, then there is more damage than just the keyboard.

The ONLY way to know for sure is to take or send it to an HP Service Center and pay a LOT of money for them to run full diagnostics on it, and after that, to disassemble it to repair or replace any damaged components.

And, if the motherboard is damaged, the cost of repair can easily exceed the cost of replacing the laptop -- because (as far as I know) water damage is NOT covered under the warranty.

Thanx for the reply. I opened the laptop at home and cleaned all the parts there was oil between the keyboard plastic membrane and contacts, after assembly the laptop is working fine i regularly use it only numeric pad is not working some keys might short if i press 8 it type * like that, external keyboard works fine
