Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I BOUGHT MY LAPTOP RECENTLY FROM AUTHORISED STORE , PC ALREADY HAD AN MICROSOFT ACCOUNT LOGGED ON MATCHING WITH PC SERIAL NUMBER AND DEALER DIDNT PROVIDE ANY PASSWORD OR PIN . WHAT TO DO?
