Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is two years old. Since last two to three months the problem has been started that at the time of charging its get interrupted for several times and the indicator LED for full charged battery starts to glow and the battery icon gets changed as the battery has no external connection but it is not showing 100% charged. After some time charging gets started automatically. In the power opytion within control panel the low battery indication notification is on. If anyone  please help me to solve  out this issue it will be very helpful to me.

HP Recommended

The battery may need replacing. Have you tested it using Diagnostics? Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This will open a menu where F2 System Diagnostics is an option. Tap F2 key and look for Power category.Test the battery and the charger.
