When installing windows 10, my laptop is SN# [Personal Information Removed] model 17 is cn0144ng . Does not see the SSD.

Follow my instructions on the link I gave you.
I Included the RST driver link you need.
It was for the exact same model notebook as yours.
If it worked for that notebook, it will work for yours too.

The only other suggestion I can offer would be to use the Intel Zip driver file from the link below for the 11th - 13th gen core processors:

I agree that something is wrong, because the F6 driver folder from sp135979 should have worked, and so should the latest Intel RST driver from Intel.
Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.
