hi, i have some problems with my laptop which is HP Pavilion Gaming 15 (dk0016nl). Basicaly when i plug my charger it starts lagging, but when i unplug the charger it stop lagging. That's the first problem. Howerever i noticed that if i listen to music or playing a video, the sound is buzzing every 20 second for about 0.5 second.

I installed the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and I noticed that when i plug the voice "Thermal Throttling" says yes and the CPU is stable to 800 Mhz. 
What can I do? Thanks
