Product: 14a-na0000sf
Operating System: Chrome OS

I purchased my Chromebook 14a-na0000sf from France and now I am using this in Bangladesh. The problem is that I cannot change the language from French to English. Whenever i attempt to change the device language following the google interactive tutorial or youtube videos, i just get the option to change web language, not the device language. What can i do now?
