Product name : HP pavilion x360 convertible
Model: 14-cd0005nx
The laptop taking more than 30 min to start and many times is stopped after. It seems it will be an issue with windows or the hardesk
I tried many times to make recovery USB but it fails after 20 % and blue screen appeared and the computer to go restart again.
Even the recovery F11 it can not be loaded.
I want to change the Hard desk but how I can restore the windows and I don't able to create recovery media

My suggetion
(a) Use the following link to download ISO file to your machine. You machine has 1 TB 5400 rpm SATA therefore you should have plenty of space.

(b) Moumt ISO file and run Setup.exe
(c) Select Install and keep user files and programs
(b) Run Windows updates few times to reinstall drivers.

What did you do with your machine ? It is not old. Please run HDD Self Test

Check the result. Any error please post back with error code. If with 25 chars code Failed id then sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char disk failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced.. Is it still under warranty ? If NOT, you have to replace yourself then rebuild your machine.
