HP Recommended

When my laptop boots up it allows me to enter my user name and my password. Then it is not able to show the opening screen with all my programs icons etc.

Last week when I was shutting down my system a message appeared stating that the system could not shut down and I was asked to close the program on a blue screen to restore the process. I did that. Now I am stuck
