Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please, I am seeking help or advice for my HP ProBook 640 g2 Battery shows 0% available (plugged in) but doesn't increase from 0%.

The battery indication is ON even without a battery. I tried the component Test, and it showed OK Status (When on Battery), it failed when I plug in the charger. I changed the charger but the result is the same. I tried almost every available option but in vain. Please if you can guide me through any other steps. Appreciated
