The HP ProBook 460 laptop is experiencing intermittent black screen issues and unexpected shutdowns. The device may power on, but the display remains black or becomes unresponsive during use. Additionally, the laptop occasionally turns off without warning, disrupting work and normal operation.

Basic troubleshooting has been performed; however, the issue persists. As the warranty is approaching its expiration date, I would like the problem to be investigated and documented. The symptoms may indicate a hardware-related fault, such as defective RAM, motherboard issues, overheating, graphics/display failure, or another internal component malfunction.

I am seeking assistance with diagnosing the cause of the issue and determining whether warranty repair or replacement is required.
