Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop can't seem to find Printer (Canon MX452) .. Have Unplugged / Re Plugged , Printer , Laptop, WiFi Modem.. Checked Printer to make sure Modem & Printer have found each other , all is good at that end..  Problem seems to be at the Laptop, I wanted to Print a Copy of a Receipt off an email .. Followed the prompts after clicking on the 3 Dots at the top right corner of the page , scrolled down and hit Print a Pop Up came up asking for # of Pages & Color .. At this point we hit a wall, Printer quiet (??) Help Appreciated, Cheers Thanks

These kinds of issues are nearly always drivers problems.  HP has diagnostics and driver check utilities but those only work with HP printers.  For assistance with your problem, you will need to contact Canon Support.
