Laptop Crashing

I have only had my Envy 13 laptop for 12 months, and it frequently crashes (I.e windows won’t open until I restart the computer, screens won’t load despite wifi and internet connection being fine), and additionally, when I do restart the computer, sometimes the screen won’t actually turn on to the ‘hp’ loading screen and only the power light turns on. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to fix this, given the laptop is still relatively new.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows correctly.

What is the product number of y our computer?

When was the last time the computer was working fine?

Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
