Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Product 360L4PA

Laptop throws me error windows ran into issue collecting data. Then 100% completed the laptop didnot comes up. I see power light and lights on caps key. But display turned into black. 

 

I tried holding power key by 15seconds Not muched help..
