Good afternoon. I have an HP EliteBook Folio 10 40 G3 laptop, and two days ago it stopped recognizing the USB and Bluetooth ports. Take the laptop to a technician and have tried to reactivate the operation of these ports, restoring the equipment and reinstalling the operating system, without any favorable results, their final diagnosis is that the BIOS has to be reinstalled, in which case it states to dismantle the motherboard and do some soldering work and reinstalling the BIOS on the motherboard. For this reason, since it is a complex problem for this type of laptop, I turned to HP technical support to repair or find an alternative solution to this problem.
