So I'm trying to enable Visualization on my HP Laptop and in order to do so, i have to go to the Startup Menu and click on BIOS Setup. But as I try to click it, it just freezes and I can't control anything unless I reset my laptop. I looked at videos and articles like updating BIOS, resetting my laptop 5 - 10 times, updating my laptop's software, etc. 

 

Any help that might make me be able to go INTO my BIOS Setup? I could have overlooked something.
