Hi

 I have a Laptop HP 11-ak0027na will not boot up just cap lock light blinks 5 then / 3 times ?

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Turn off the laptop completely.
  • Disconnect the AC adapter and remove the battery (if possible).
  • Press and hold the power button for approximately 15 seconds to discharge any residual power.
  • Reconnect the AC adapter and battery, then attempt to turn on the laptop again.

Update BIOS and Drivers: HP Consumer Notebook PCs - Updating the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) (Windows) | HP® Support

  • Updating BIOS and drivers can sometimes resolve issues related to system initialization.
