Product: HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-f1000 (2L1B1AV)

Hello, everyone!
I've bought a Laptop HP 14", 14-f1000 (2L1B1AV) a week ago without OS. Today I installed Ubunty and it works fine. But I have a stand for a laptop with cooler from my old lenovo laptop. And when I turn on this cooler into HP laptop it immideatly switch off. And If I have USB port with this cooler my HP laptop doesn't turn on. 
What is a problem? Should it be so? I think I try to do it with another cooler.
