Product: HP EliteBook 840 G3 Notebook PC

Hello,

 

I need to install some Microsoft software applications but my Device doesn't allow installation of anything other than what the Store offers.. I have tried several ways but no success. Now I'm trying to install the Win 10 20h2 update but it just finished downloading and nothing happens. I even tried to install win 10 but when I press the Store link I get the error Code : 0x80131500. Who can help me solve this problem?
