HP OMEN 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good morning, I have a question about the laptop. The fan on the graphics card does not work, a message with the word "090B" pops up when turned on The laptop was bought on 08/08/2020, it has no mechanical damage. I attach photos of the defect, Everything at hand, serial number, documents, warranty still valid, what should I do?

@Akim21,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is overheating.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I would like to inform you that 90C is normal on the gaming computer. I recommend you use the Omen command center to change the settings which suit your needs.

Please refer to the below article for more information.
