Product: HP Notebook - 14 - 

I restart it and rather than cut on it reads “The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click OK to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.”

 

yet it keeps doing this no matter how many times i restart it. I’ve reset the computer entirely.  Everything you can find online I’ve tried it and i still can’t get past this black hp welcome screen displaying that instal windows error!
