Hello, everyone. I would like to share my problem. I bought a laptop hp envy ×360 2-3 months ago in Uzbekistan, then flew to malaysia to study and as soon as the school year began my laptop startedhaving issues with laptop. The keyboard started shorting out or not working at all. More often than not, I couldn't even turn on my laptop because the power button wouldn't respond and even the cursor would stop working while I was working. So I went to two official hp service centers in kuala lumpur. In the first center, they told me that the problem is in the software and not in the laptop itself and told me to update everything. I, as told, updated absolutely everything: drivers, bios system, and everything else. I have antivirus installed on my laptop, memory is not full, in short my laptop is brand new. In the second center said that the problem is probably related to the motherboard and they examined (opened the laptop), but after all the examination I am told that they can not do anything. The keyboard is working or not. And at the end they told me to take it to the third service center on the list. I do not understand why they can not fix my laptop, is it really so difficult to just take and fix. Since there is a one year warranty, I would like to change the laptop for a new one, but I bought it in my country, and now I am in kuala lumpur and in the near future I can not fly back myself or even send my laptop.
Can you please consider and faster help to find a solution.
