I need to replace the built-in wireless network card and seek a BIOS installation file with the whitelist removed.
I kindly ask for advice and assistance. Thank you for your responses and help!

There are no official HP BIOS updates that will remove the Wi-Fi card whitelist in your notebook.
Any HP notebook made in 2011 or earlier will have a BIOS whitelist.
The only place I know of where you may be able to find a BIOS mod like that would be from this site at the link below:
