Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is not turning on, when I hold down the power button the screen flickers on and off but does not turn completely on. I have tried to restart it and turn on safety mode but nothing seems to work. Please help!

Please, review the HP official articles/guides about such issues you experience now. Follow the appropriate steps that fit your case to attempt to fix the issue:

 

 

 

If you did try everything from the guide but nothing helped, I am afraid you will need to bring your computer (or ship it) to service - HP Authorized service center. If the computer is still under warranty, you will need to notify HP support first. If you are not sure where such a center is located, please contact HP support for assistance in finding one.
