HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-bl1XX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Product Name: HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-bl112dx

Windows Version:  10.0.18363 Build 18363

After HP Support Assistant updated my BIOS to version F.42 and Windows Update  my laptop is now having these issues:

1. Random restarts which drains my battery.

2. Restarts even the Shut Down button is clicked that makes my laptop stay on all the time until my battery drains

3. Turning on by itself

4. Uniform horizontal white lines on my screen and these lines are also visible on BIOS setup screen.

5. Event viewer showing Kernel power error.

The issues above continue to exists even after HP Recovery Manager Factory Reset(delete all files).

I tried to Recover BIOS links but it did not work.

Question:

1. How to fix this?

2. I am out of warranty for this premium laptop and it is not a good thing that  and everytime HP Support  Assistant and Windows Update will keep updating my laptop, issues like these happens. Is there any product recall caused by these updates?Kernell Error.jpg
