I’ve been having problems on my HP notebook for awhile now i just gave up and am trying again but this time asking her. So my laptop does turn on and loads up to language screen but after that i don’t get the continue prompt not the restart prompt. I only have turn off or troubleshoot repair. I’ve tried all troubleshoot repair functions and nothing works. Ive tried watching youtube videos and nothing works. I cant get through this boot loop is it time for me to get a new laptop? i just want to know what’s wrong with it and why it doesn’t want to load up. An important side note is that i already factory reset it once to see if that would fix the issue but it continued that why i speculate why i don’t have that option anymore.
