Laptop Ultra Slow

Hello

We received this Notebook. I have to say, the Intel Ultra 155H is shamesly slow. Its not even possible to watch Youtube Videos in 4K without lag. When i`ve got YT + Excel open, the Laptop has even cursor Lags. When you gonna fix that?

If i got all Driver installed, or Clean OS install. Nothing helps. This Laptop costs nearly 3K bugs is lagging so much. Any idea if there is a fix or can i just return it?

Its definitly the slowest Laptop i`ve ever had. Even i3 years ago, were able to play 4K Videos on YT without lags.

To Add to be clear. This Laptops has a RTX 4500 and it slows down in games, for several Secounds, that it has 3-4 FPS. Sometimes it never gos up to 60-70FPS

Please run the hardware diagnostics to check if the hardware has no issues.

Please follow these steps:

1) Shutdown your PC completely, as soon as you Turn on the computer repeatedly press the Esc key to enter the Startup Menu.

2) Now press the F2 key to access HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu.

3) On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.

4) Click Extensive Test.

5) Click Run once to initiate the test.

Note: It will take few hours to complete the test. 

Make a note of the failure ID if any.
