Hi my laptop's battery is not charging/ stuck at 0%. i tried the diagnostics it says battery not detected. i even opened the back panel disconnected the battery and connected again but no luck.
Is my battery really dead? it was working just perfectly fine and giving decent backup. all just happened after i took a flight and had to charge my phone using the usb 3 port.
