Hi there i am experiencing an issue where i cant get out of the recovery blue window. I have used a windows 10 media recovery drive and tried to factory reset nothing happened it returned with an error and i don know much more that "There was an error nothing was changed".
i done the system check and that all came back as fine
i tried using command promt with the following commands:
bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd
bootrec.exe /fixmbr
bootrec.exe /fixboot
"Access Denied"
chkdsk /r c:
"failed to transfer logged messages to the event log with status 50"
i have also tried to use the windows media creation tool/windows installer as i was told using the repair pc button may have helped but it dint

You're very welcome.
On any W10 installer I have made, I get an upgrade option and a custom option, and I always select the custom option.
And the repair option only shows up on the bottom left of the 'Install Now' screen.
Maybe you would want to make another installer.
Also, go into the BIOS, enable legacy mode and disable secure boot.
Maybe that is fouling things up too.
See this link for the BIOS settings to change. Then boot from the Legacy boot source.

Hi:
If nothing is working, you can use the W10 installer to reinstall W10.
During the installation script if you are asked to enter a product key, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and activate once you are connected to the internet.
Then you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
