Product: HP Notebook - 15-bs234wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My laptop is always freezing, lagging, or generally running slow no matter what I do. A simple click on the taskbar can take a minute to register (along with opening an app in general), the game ping goes extremely high even on a low graphics setting, and sometimes the laptop even stays frozen for more than 10 minutes unless I do a hard restart. Even then, a hard restart would still not stop the laptop from lagging all over again.
I ran all sorts of tests and nothing was reported back as failing or in need of updates? I tried every suggestion I've found on this website and it doesn't work. I'm not sure what is going on with this laptop
