HP Laptop 15-bw0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm sorry to be posting here again, but my laptop is still crashing even after repairs. Today alone, the laptop crashed three times, including one time where there wasn't any activity. I've did the System test on the new hard drive and it passed. Yet, the laptop continues to crash as if nothing was done to fix it. I've never seen or had a laptop that crashes so frequently.

Do you get any error messages when it crashes? What repairs were done? You could try looking at the Event Viewer for clues what's going on: control panel/administrative tools/event viewer.

The event viewer doesn't tell me much other than the crashes were marked "critical". I've sent the laptop back for a failed hard drive in replacement for a new hard drive. The new hard drive passed, but the crashes prevail.

My laptop is still having blue screen crashes, and I don't know the problem to it anymore. The hard drive have since been replaced, but the crashes continue. I even reseted the PC, but it had no effect. It's starting to become frustrating and I deserve better than this.
