Hi there,
When I visit a website my laptop often crashes. The likelihood of a crash occurring has increased as time goes on (the laptop is just over a year old now), but it also decreased when I changed my browser from Edge to Chrome to Firefox and then Firefox to Brave (all changes seemed to help reduce crashing). Now however, the laptop still crashes on some sites and sometimes when I'm not even using a browser, so it may not be related to certain websites any more.
Has anyone else experienced these crashes with an HP Notebook before? Windows is reporting a video_tdr_failure.
Graphics drivers have been downgraded, upgraded and running on latest and Windows updates have been removed and reinstated, but neither have had a positive affect. The laptop has integrated graphics on the Intel motherboard.
Thanks for reading and hopefully someone can help!
