Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa1000 (7C407AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

1 month ago my laptop crashed when on battery and only worked when on battery, the seller fixed it but now the same problem is happening but very unpredictably, it crashes when on battery at random times, the screen goes to black and laptop turns off but no blue scrren or whatsover, I updated all the drivers but still the same thing is happening.
